We are looking for a Full Stack Software Developer to join a collaborative and high-impact engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across the full technology stack and building scalable, business-critical applications from end to end.
You will partner with developers and stakeholders to design, build, and deliver modern web applications that solve real business challenges.
What You Will Do
- Design, develop, and deliver full stack web applications across front end, back end, database, and cloud environments
- Collaborate closely with engineers and cross functional teams in both onsite and remote settings
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions using clean, maintainable code
- Build and integrate APIs, databases, and user interfaces
- Work hands-on with Angular and React to develop modern UI experiences
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, bugs, and performance challenges
- Create and maintain technical documentation for systems, changes, and processes
- Apply best practices in software development, testing, and deployment
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Software Engineering, or related field. Equivalent experience considered
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and on a team
- Experience working with business stakeholders and translating requirements into solutions
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with modern AI coding tools such as Claude or similar assistants
Technical Skills
- Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET framework 4.5 plus, and JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with Angular and or React
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and WebAPI services
- Cloud experience in AWS or Azure environments
- Strong experience with SQL Server including database design and stored procedures
- Experience with Git, GitLab, Azure DevOps, or similar version control tools
- Familiarity with Agile development practices
- Experience with CSS, responsive design, and UI development
- Nice to have: SSIS, SSRS, WPF, AJAX
